Return & Exchange Policy

✅ الفحص عند الاستلام (إلزامي)

Inspection Upon Delivery (Mandatory)

يجب على العميل فحص المنتج فورًا مع مندوب التوصيل، ويشمل ذلك التأكد من المقاس، الجودة، وسلامة المنتج.
The customer must inspect the product immediately upon delivery with the courier, including checking the size, quality, and overall condition.

بمجرد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل، يُعتبر المنتج مستلمًا بحالة سليمة ومطابقة.
Once the delivery agent leaves, the product is considered accepted in good condition.

🔁 الإرجاع أو الاستبدال الفوري فقط

Same-Time With Delivery Return or Exchange Only

الإرجاع أو الاستبدال مسموح فقط في نفس وقت الاستلام ومع مندوب التوصيل.
Returns or exchanges are allowed only at the same time of delivery and in the presence of the courier.

لا يُقبل أي طلب إرجاع أو استبدال بعد الاستلام.
No return or exchange requests will be accepted after delivery.

❌ لا يوجد إرجاع أو استرداد بعد الاستلام

No Return or Refund After Delivery

بعد استلام المنتج، لا يمكن استرجاعه أو استبداله أو استرداد قيمته نهائيًا.
After receiving the product, returns, exchanges, or refunds are strictly not allowed.

وذلك بسبب حساسية منتجات النوم وما يتعلق بالصحة والنظافة.
This policy is due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of sleep-related products.

🧾 شروط قبول الإرجاع (عند وجود مشكلة أثناء الاستلام فقط)

Return Conditions (Only If Reported Upon Delivery)

يجب أن يكون المنتج:

  • غير مستخدم

  • بنفس حالته الأصلية

  • داخل التغليف الأصلي

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

كما يجب توفر فاتورة الشراء أو إثبات الطلب.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

Non-Returnable Items

لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات التالية:

  • منتجات النوم والمفروشات بعد الاستلام

  • المنتجات الشخصية أو الصحية

  • المنتجات المخفضة

  • بطاقات الهدايا

  • الطلبات الخاصة أو المخصصة

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sleep products and bedding after delivery

  • Personal or hygiene products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special orders

🛠 المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

Damaged or Incorrect Items

في حال استلام منتج تالف أو خاطئ، يجب إبلاغنا فورًا أثناء وجود مندوب التوصيل.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us immediately while the courier is present.

بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يمكن قبول أي شكوى.
No claims will be accepted after the courier leaves.

💰 الاسترداد المالي

Refunds

لا يتم أي استرداد مالي أو استبدال بعد استلام الطلب.
No refunds or exchanges are provided after the order has been delivered.

الطلب يُعد نهائيًا بعد الاستلام.
All orders are final upon delivery.
